How long does a felony stay on your record?
my friend went into custody for violating his probabtion. his PO recomended 60 days. his hearing was on the 2nd of march, and when he got there they told him the were moving it to the 16th. and on the 16th he would have been in there for exactly thirty days.
so io was just wondering if they're going to let him out on the 30th day. or tell him he has to stay 30 more days, or maybe 60 more days on top of the 30 days hes already been in there. so i just wanted to know what or might happen to him
